Sciara has been designed to offer a sensory experience that pairs Firriato wines with dishes crafted from carefully selected, zero-kilometer ingredients by Executive Chef Andrea Macca.
A perfect fusion of food and wine, celebrating the ancient bond of conviviality. This gastronomic harmony is the culmination of an estate tour, which includes a walk through the Etna DOC vineyards and the discovery of the pre-phylloxera vineyard, certified 150 years old. The tour concludes with a visit to the winery, an architectural masterpiece of sustainability built within an ancient lava Sciara.
Each wine in the guided tasting will be paired with an appetizer, a first course, and a house dessert (other beverages excluded from the format).
The Sciara experience features a guided tasting of four Firriato wine labels, complemented by a light lunch (Appetizer – First Course – Dessert). Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to taste the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a blend of Cerasuola and Nocellara, two native cultivars from the Agro of Trapani.
