The harmony and elegance of the rooms in Cavanera Etnea reaches its peak with the Palmento suite. This enchanting room consists of two communicating spaces, shared by a central door but with separate bathrooms and entrances. The use of these large rooms is offered for a number of guests exceeding 3 people. Among the solid seventeenth-century walls of the “small” millstone of Cavanera, we have created a suite in which modernity is perfectly reconciled with the winemaking tradition of the Etna Volcano. The spaces where the grapes were once vinified have been designed and reinterpreted to offer guests the pleasure of living in a unique environment where attention to every detail has been designed to offer all the comforts of contemporary hospitality. The soft colors of the walls and furnishings are reminiscent of those of the ancient Etnean manor houses and are enhanced by the soft lights that help create an atmosphere of precious intimacy.
