Cratere is a unique experience that offers the opportunity to taste four wines paired with a selection of local cured meats and cheeses. Designed for wine lovers, this tasting is perfect for those eager to test their knowledge of enology while discovering new insights.
The format includes an estate tour featuring a walk through the Etna DOC vineyards and the discovery of the pre-phylloxera vineyard, certified 150 years old.
The journey concludes with a visit to the winery, an architectural example of sustainability built within an ancient lava Sciara.
Following the tour, guests will enjoy a guided tasting led by our Sommelier, who will provide in-depth insights into agronomic practices and winemaking techniques for each label. The experience will conclude with a sensory analysis of the wines, expertly paired with a selection of local cured meats, cheeses, and artisanal jams.
During the tasting, guests will also have the opportunity to sample the Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, a blend of Cerasuola and Nocellara, two native cultivars from the Agro of Trapani.
