Cooking classes are the most awaited experience by those who love being in the kitchen and want to discover the history and traditions of Sicilian cuisine. There are many Cooking Class proposals personally curated by the Resident Chefs. Particular attention will be paid to the description of the raw materials used such as ricotta, local fish and strictly zero km products from the garden. Cooking Classes can be held every day of the week by reservation and for a minimum number of 6 participants. All Cooking Classes are in Italian and English, but other needs can be assessed.
